At Empower House, our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to provide high-quality, outcome-focused support. We have experienced support workers, home managers, a registered service manager, a designated safeguarding lead, mentors, educators, and therapists.

Our mission is to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to transition successfully into adulthood. Through tailored support and a holistic approach, we empower each individual to make positive choices, achieve their goals, and build a self-sufficient future.

Who we are

EMPOWER HOUSE’s Semi-independent living services provides a high standard of accommodation and support within a secure, supportive and nurturing environment for residents aged 16 – 25 years where they can feel safe and are kept safe.
